• CHF 650 per full day (08:30 – lifts close), for a private group with me as your dedicated instructor and guide.
• CHF 750* For off-piste guiding.

How to Book

Booking is simple and personal – everything is handled directly with me:

1. Send me a WhatsApp message
   • Contact me on WhatsApp with your preferred dates, group size, skiing level, and any goals (learning, guiding, off‑piste, “Ski to Italy”, etc.).
2. We confirm the plan together
   • I’ll reply quickly, confirm my availability, and suggest the best plan for your group (for example, Zermatt discovery day, technique coaching, off‑piste adventure or Italy day).
3. Secure payment link via email
   • Once we’ve agreed the date and plan, I’ll send you a secure payment link by email.
   • You simply pay online; as soon as payment is received, your booking is locked in and confirmed.
4. Confirmation and WhatsApp follow‑up
   • You’ll receive a written confirmation of your full‑day booking.
   • From that moment, we’ll stay in touch via WhatsApp to organise all the details.

Cancellation Policy

• Once the payment link is paid, your day with me is fully confirmed and reserved for you.
• I operate a cancellation policy to keep my calendar fair for all guests; this will be clearly explained when you book, and we can discuss it together based on your dates and circumstances.

Concierge Support Before Your Lesson

From the time you book until the day we meet, you can think of me as your local ski concierge in Zermatt.

Via WhatsApp, I can help you with:

• Where to rent equipment – best shops for your level, kids’ gear, off‑piste skis or snowboards.
• Where to stay – advice on areas and accommodation close to lifts, restaurants or après‑ski.
• Which lift pass to buy – Zermatt only, international (Italy), or passes that match your plan and level.
• Lunch restaurant bookings – reservations at some of the best mountain restaurants for your style of day.
• Extra excursions – help arranging things like helicopter tours, dog sledding, evening mountain fondue, or other special experiences you’d like to add.

For longer stays or multi‑day bookings, it’s possible for me to meet your group in Zermatt at your preferred location before the first day so we can go over the plan for the whole experience in person.

Meeting Point on the Day

On the morning of your full‑day lesson, we meet where it’s most convenient for you and your group:

• At your accommodation
  • I can meet you at your hotel, chalet or apartment at the agreed time.
  • We then walk or take a taxi together to the lifts.
• At a rental shop
  • If you’re renting equipment on the day, we can meet at the rental shop, check everything is perfect, and then head to the lifts from there.
• At a lift station or agreed point in town
  • We can also meet directly at a lift station or a central spot in Zermatt; all of this is organised in advance via WhatsApp so it’s effortless for you.

How a Full‑Day Lesson/Guiding with Me Works

Every day is tailored to you, but here is how a typical full‑day experience usually unfolds.

Morning: Meet, Warm‑Up and Head to the Mountain

• We meet at your preferred location and time (usually around 08:30-09:00).
• We make sure everyone is comfortable, properly dressed and has the right equipment and lift pass.
• We travel up the mountain together in the lifts, already talking through the plan, conditions and what you want to achieve.

Off‑Piste & Safety Sessions

If we’re skiing off‑piste:

• We start with safety checks of all equipment (avalanche gear, backpacks, bindings, helmets).
• I go through the rules and safety guidelines for the terrain we’ll be using that day.
• Throughout the day, I’ll manage route choice and conditions, so you can focus on enjoying the snow and scenery in a safe, controlled way.

Guiding & Local Expertise

If the focus is guiding:

• I use my 10 years of local knowledge to show you the best runs, viewpoints and hidden corners of the Matterhorn ski paradise.
• As we ski, I share the stories and insider information about Zermatt, the mountains, and the places we visit – making the experience more than just skiing from A to B.
• We adjust the pace and difficulty throughout the day to match how you feel and the conditions.

Technique Coaching & Video Analysis

If the focus is improving your technique:

• We start with a gentle warm‑up to understand your current level and style.
• Using video analysis and my 10 years’ experience as a ski coach, we break down your turns and quickly identify the key changes that will make the biggest difference.
• We work through targeted drills, clear feedback, and practical cues you can remember, so by the end of the day you feel more confident, controlled and efficient on your skis.

Lunch at the Best Spots

If you’d like, we’ll be booked into one of the best mountain restaurants, where we can enjoy lunch together and take in the views.

• We choose a restaurant that suits your taste and group: relaxed family‑friendly, fine dining, or classic alpine style.
• Lunch is a chance to review progress, talk through the plan for the afternoon and simply enjoy the atmosphere.

Afternoon: More Skiing, Guiding or Coaching (Plus Après‑Ski if Desired)

• After lunch, we continue with guiding, coaching or off‑piste, depending on your preferences and energy.
• If the day calls for it, we can also visit an après‑ski spot at the end of the skiing to celebrate a great day on the mountain.

End of Day: Return & Drop‑Off

• As the lifts close, we finish with a final run and recap what you’ve achieved.
• I can accompany you back to your accommodation or help organise a taxi to take you there, so the day ends smoothly and comfortably.
